The minimum term of cooperation is 3 months. Based on our 8 years of experience, we clearly understand that in less time it is possible to achieve local victories and defeats, but it is impossible to build a systematic and predictable work.
By agreeing on the terms of work for a minimum period of 3 months, we are jointly responsible for the result. The stages and expected results of the work are detailed in the contract. In case of early termination of the contract at the initiative of the Customer, in case of full fulfillment of obligations by the Agency, the Customer pays for the unfinished scope of work defined in the contract.

We work with budgets from $1000 per month (at the exchange rate in rubles at the time of signing the contract) for 1 advertising platform. Experience shows that it is possible to predict results only after receiving data from traffic, and amounts less than $1000 do not give a real picture for assessing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

After signing the contract, a campaign employee is assigned to you, who will correspond with you regularly in Telegram chat and promptly respond to inquiries. Weekly reports on the selected goals, which we described in the contract. At the end of the calendar month, an online reporting meeting is held in Zoom, where we provide real figures from advertising offices and plan tasks for the next calendar period.

We work on the system of advance payments. After signing the contract you pay 50% advance payment for the reporting period, the second payment you make after submitting the report on the work done for the period.

1st month

• Acquaintance, audit, niche analysis, analysis of the work of existing channels, media planning, project time-line, preparation and coordination of TOR, customization of advertising campaigns. At the end of the first month you receive from us a file with a complete analysis of the current state of your marketing and a detailed plan with possible costs for the technical part, advertising channels and budgets for directions.

2nd month

• Launch of advertising campaigns (there may be problems with moderation, which may take some time to resolve; usually campaigns are planned to be launched in the first month of work). Analyzing traffic, building automation processes, refining resources, starting work on content and media materials. At the end of the month you get the first cut on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, finalized technical resources and launched automation processes. We adjust the media plan in terms of budgets and cost of the application.

3rd month

• We analyze and expand advertising (budget and sites), complete work on visual representation of the brand on the Internet, form and test new products of the company. At the end of the month you receive an accurate media plan with confirmed figures from advertising offices and the sales department. We reconcile our initial plans with the results obtained, work on mistakes and continue to develop success.

Miro - We use it to collect and structure material. We describe processes and build funnels.
ClickUp - we use for task tracking.
Excel or Google sheets - use for reporting.

Maintaining Internet resources in working condition requires the attention of technical specialists, so the contract for the development of any web solutions includes annual payments from $500 and above, depending on the complexity and scale of the project.

All web resources developed by us remain on the annual paid support of the Agency's technical specialists for 3 years. You have peace of mind for the product performance, we have peace of mind for the correct operation of the executed project. The condition is fixed in the contract for resource development.
